We are excited about this year's event that will be held at The Swinging Door on Saturday, March 25th from 6-10pm. We hope you will plan to join us for BBQ, bull riding and bidding all to benefit our awesome school.
With that said we need your help! There are a few ways that parents and the community can help us spread the excitement, get auction items, volunteer and even help WIN an ice cream party for your child's class.
Here are the things we are asking for your help with today:
- Ticket Sales - Each student brought home an auction letter and ticket form last week. We are having a contest to see which class can sell the most tickets by the end of January. The winning class will receive an ice cream party reward in the first week of February. Individual tickets are $60 and include barbecue and two drink tickets. Prices will go up on February 1st. Tickets can be purchased online.
- Volunteer - We need several teams formed to complete different tasks for the event including: Sponsorship, Silent Auction, Wine Pull, Dessert Auction, Decorations, Set-Up and Tear Down. We would love to have you or other members of your class sign up to help us. You can sign up to join one of these committees and help using this link on Sign Up Genius.
- Help Get Silent Auction Donations - We need your help getting fun and fabulous things donated for the Auction. Items of interest include: Restaurant Gift Certificates, Astros/Rockets/Texans/Skeeters Tickets, Spa/Nails/Beauty Gift Certificates, movie tickets, paint parties, bowling, IMAX, museum membership, hotel stays....the list goes on and on. If you have a contact or know someone who can help us secure a fabulous auction prize we would LOVE to have your help.
- HELP SPREAD THE WORD - We have created an event page on Facebook where we will be updating all kinds of event information and announcements. Please go to the page using this link and RSVP that you are GOING to the event. Invite any of the parents in your class that you are on FB with and please send out the link when you communicate with your class parents. Here is the link to our event.
